RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Free Returns — No Restocking Fee We offer free returns on all eligible items. There are no restocking fees, no hidden charges, and no deductions from your refund.
Return Period You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All return requests must be pre-authorized by our customer service team before sending anything back.
Conditions for Returns Items are eligible for return if they are unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact. If the item shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to reduce the refund value accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Start a Return Email us at support@myvelura.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, reason for return, and your full name. You will receive return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges We offer free exchanges for incorrect items received, damaged or defective items, and wrong items sent. Contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will offer either a full replacement or full refund — your choice.
